Final Fantasy XV: Assassin's Festival Announced
Here's one for you, Square Enix just dropped another piece of Final Fantasy XV news but this time it's a crossover event with Ubisoft.
Final Fantasy XV: Assassin's Festival will see the city of Lestallum taken over by all things assassin's related and give players a chance to join in the fun and games. With a number of items available for players to earn, included the 'Medjay Assassin's Robes" for your party. There looks to be plenty to discover during the event. Not only that but the trailer also shows off what looks to be story content related to the event that includes a new foe to deal with. Can Noctis and pals take on the role of the assassin's and save the day?
Additionally, Ubisoft have revealed that this only marks the start of the collaboration between the two companies and released some artwork to mark the event.
Final Fantasy XV: Assassin's Festival is a free update which will run from 31st August, 2017 until the 31st January, 2018.

I'll be honest, I didn't see this coming at all. Might make for an interesting crossover.
