Fire Emblem Heroes Releases Major Version 2 Update

Nintendo's mobile Fire Emblem game has just gotten a massive update in the form of version 2.0 that adds new content and story to the title.

The story in Fire Emblem Heroes continues in the form of Book II that features a new character, Fjorm: Princess of Ice. If you complete Chapter 1: Part 5 of Book II she will join your ranks and you can use her in your own battles. She is one of the first Legendary Heroes to be added to the title, they have need abilities that are linked to one of four elements. If you give her the Water Blessing during the Water Season she will benefit from a number of stats boosts and gain extra SP when in battle. Take note, these blessings are one-use items and cannot be removed, only replaced. 

In other news, weapons are getting a boost in the form of the Weapon Refinery. After clearing Chapter 13, Diabolical Bloodline, in the main story and the Intermission chapter The Rite of Blades, you can make use of this feature found under Advanced Growth. Existing weapon skills can be refined into high-level weapon skills, and some weapons may be able to gain special effects that aid your heroes in battle. 

There are also plenty of other changes to be found in the new update including high-level skills for Staves, some special skills have reduced cooldowns, the Barracks has gotten bigger, new My Nintendo Rewards have been added and plenty of other various improvements.
