For The King II Finishes Content Roadmap with Latest Free Major Content Update Launch

For The King II launched two years ago on the 2nd of November 2023, and it's been receiving constant updates from IronOak Games and Curve Games. The latest roadmap, called A New Age Approaches: Age of Omus, gave us a look at what we could expect from Q3 2025 and Q4 2025, and with this latest content launch, the team has met their promise.

The newest major content update launched on the 17th of November, the latest announced DLC, For The King II: Fallen Oaths Character Pack, and the free content update called A New Age. These two bring a few more characters to the mixture, giving veterans a reason to return and experience more.

The latest free major content update, A New Gae, picks up from the events of The Child Of Chaos, which was the free major content update of Q3 2025. The resistance has been summoned once more to aid the realm, as chaos spreads once again through the lands of Fahrul.

A New Age introduces six new features — here's what you need to know about them:

• The new adventure: A New Age
• Returning character from the original For The King: Astronomer
• The Musket Weapon Set
• A Loadout Weapon: Hammer of the Stars
• A new Helmet: Watcher
• A new Trait: Chosen One

This isn't everything new, either, as further Quality of Live changes, UI polish, bug fixes, and more launched alongside the A New Age update. You can play the new adventure for free on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Windows PC via Steam.
