Games With Gold January Line-up Announced

Microsoft have unveiled the latest set of games to be available free for Gold subscribers for January. There's 2 games for 360 owners and 2 for Xbox One owners but once again, the 360 games are backwards compatible so you get twice as much if you're a next-gen owner.

Killer Instinct (2013): Season 1 Ultra Edition kicks off the Xbox One offerings quite literally. This bundle gives you the original 1994 game, the modern remake and all 8 season one characters as well as a bunch of bonus features. Also in the mix is Zheros, a retro-themed scrolling shooter with local co-op. This is a brand new release provided free to Gold members on day one.

If your Xbox flavour is 360, then you get Rally sim DiRT: Showdown and the epic RPG Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. 

you can pick up Killer Instinct and DiRT Showdown from 1st of January and Zheros and Deus Ex: Human Revolution from 16th January. All four games will run until 31st of January when some new games, yet to be revealed, will be added.
