Get a Free Game Every Fortnight with the Epic Games Store

You are probably already aware that Fortnite developer and publisher Epic Games has launched its own storefront for digital titles - the Epic Game Store. But it brings more than just competition for Steam, with its own exclusive titles poached from the bigger storefront.

Starting on 12th December, you can get Subnautica for free from the Epic Game Store. You'll only have two weeks to grab it, however, as on 28th December it will change to Super Meat Boy.

What's more, 2019 will see a brand new game every two weeks absolutely free, from 11th January 2019 onwards. And don't worry about the developers losing money, as Epic is funding it themselves.

So even if you don't intend on giving Epic Games any money, you can at least get some freebies just for having an account on the storefront - similar to how Origin used to run its On The House free titles (before they shut it down), but with fewer EA titles.

You can head over to the Epic Game Store and create your account now.

Shouldn't it be a free game every "Fortnite"?
