Get a New Steam Game for Free for a Limited Time

Unbeknownst to a lot of users of Valve's platform, developers and publishers sometimes share new titles for players to be able to check out for free. This free-to-keep promotion allows players the opportunity to pick up a game without needing to spend a pound, and it's the perfect opportunity to increase the ever-growing backlog.

This time around, Turquoise Revival Games, GrabTheGames, and IndieArk are sharing a 2022 tycoon title by the name of Smart Factory Tycoon. This indie title is inspired by Little Big Workshop, allowing players to design the factories of their dreams and automate the processes, offering the ever-satisfying element of automation.

GrabTheGames is no stranger to letting players pick up their titles, as the publisher has recently been engaging very often with the free-to-keep promotion among a slew of its titles. Of course, as it is with every one of these Steam promotions, there are some limitations that are worth noting: you cannot acquire Steam Trading Cards from games you picked up for free.

This promotion has ascended Smart Factory Tycoon past its previous all-time peak players. In the years since the launch, it had previously seen a maximum of 118 players, but with this new promotion, the peak rose to 856 gamers checking it out around the world.
