Get a Peek at CURE - A Hospital Simulator with its Early Access Trailer!

Developed and published by Sentinel Games, CURE - A Hospital Simulator adds a twist to the simulation genre by adding spice to what would otherwise be a normal job: the apocalypse. Alone or with friends, players will have to manage an ER while the world is ending — that includes diagnosing patients, growing their hospital, and, of course, fighting off the undead.

It's not all chaos and horror, though: wind down by changing the layout of the hospital or furnishing it. Once ready, get back to shooting patients as they lose their minds!

For those who enjoy streaming (or watching streams) on Twitch, there are also some integration features. The viewers can appear as the NPCs, and Twitch alerts (such as Follows, Bits, and Subs) can trigger in-game events or special effects!

Here's what Doron Nir, CEO of Sentinel Games, had to say about it:

While many developers have connected their games to Twitch, building a scalable system that lets each creator tailor audience engagement inside the game has never truly been achieved. The ShoutOut Engine in CURE demonstrates that deeper Creator First integration, allowing viewers to inhabit NPCs, turn them into zombies, and even see Twitch alerts and Hype Train events come to life on in-game monitors. Every interaction is managed by the creator to help them craft the best experience for their community.

While the roadmap hasn't been revealed, we know these are some of the planned future features:

  • Additional diagnostic machines.
  • More operations for the staff.
  • Character customisation.
  • More decoration for the hospital.
  • New weapons and combat tools.

CURE - A Hospital Simulator is set to launch in Early Access sometime this month, November 2025.
