Halo: The Master Chief Collection Could be Coming to New Platforms

343 Industries has teased a "new place and way to play" for Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

Tyler Davis (AKA: Postums), 343 Industries Community Support & Engagement Coordinator, made the announcement in the latest Flighting and Development update for the game. He gave no indication of where this new place to play might be, although speculation places the most likely destination as the Epic Games Store.

Since its troubled release, Halo: The Master Chief Collection has seen the benefit of countless updates, adding more content, features and quality-of-life improvements to the expansive collection, particularly within the game's multiplayer components. Now, thanks to these improvements, it is regarded more highly now than ever before.
