Heroes Of The Dorm Registration Is Now Open

Blizzard Entertainment has opened up registration for Heroes Of The Dorm 2016, the Heroes Of The Storm eSports collegiate tournament which was first held last year. College students in an accredited graduate school, or four year college or university from across the Unites States and Canada will team up, compete in Heroes Of The Storm for a chance to earn college tuition.

The tournament begins with 64 teams on 19th March, airing on ESPN3, and streaming on YouTube and Twitch simultaneously. Similar to college's basketball tournament March Madness, teams will be slimmed down to the Heroic Four and Grand Finals to being played April 9-10 on ESPN2.

Each team member of the winning team will receive up to $75,000. Teams interested in participating in Heroes Of The Dorm 2016 can register starting today. 18th February will be the last day for registration and qualifying begins 20th February.

Spectators can also get into the action by participating in the Heroes of the Dorm Bracket Challenge. Similar to the aforementioned March Madness, once the 64 team field is announced, players can try and predict which team will win it all with $10,000 to be awarded to the most accurate bracket.
