How to Find the Wolfenstein 3D Easter Egg

Wolfenstein: The New Order gave its own history a headnod by including a surprisingly elaborateWolfenstein 3D easter egg.

Polygon has released a quick video showing players where to find it--near the grimey looking mattress in the safe house about a third of the way into the game. The easter egg unlocks a side mission set in Wolfenstein 3D's sweet, sweet 2D pixelated  (sorry, "retro") graphics where players fight through a maze hidden behind a pushwall decorated with a portrait of Hitler. The easter egg is the first level of Wolfenstein 3D, complete with weirdly not-quite 3D graphics.

At the end of the mission, the player wakes up on the mattress, revealing it was all a dream (and a strange one for Blazkowicz, at that). Wolfenstein: The New Order dropped on May 20th for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
