Landlord's Super - What's New in the "Paint and Decorate" Update?

The latest update, Paint and Decorate, for Minskworks' distinctly British construction simulator Landlord's Super is out now on Steam Early Access. As the game's second major update since launching in Early Access, it comes packed with new features, overhauled systems and pile of stomped-out bugs. Check out the major features below.

What's New in Landlord's Super - Paint and Decorate?

  • Freedom to Paint - You can now paint whatever (yes, whatever) you like on plasterboard.
  • Change the Colour of Foundations and No-Fines - All by simply pouring your paint into your cement mixer.
  • New Wallpaper Designs - Pretty simple, that one.
  • Plasterboard Changes - Now more simple to use. It will auto-size to fit any segment of housing, and you can use a circular saw to trim off those nails.
  • Repairing - Repair foundations using a concrete mix and shovel. Plus, repair plasterboard with more plasterboard.
  • Storage Buckets - Excess concrete, no-fines, mortar and paint can be stored in handy storage buckets.
  • Carpet, Flooring and Tiling - You can now lay... well, as the earlier bold text indicates, carpets, tiling and other flooring. These will give your house a greater aesthetic appeal and help protect it from tenant damage.
  • Period-Appropriate Phone Boxes - The phone boxes in-game will now accurately reflect the era the game is currently in.

For a full list of changes, improvements and fixes, check out the changelog below.

Landlord's Super and its latest Paint and Decorate update are both out now on PC via Steam Early Access
