Anthem’s lead producer Ben Irving announced on Twitter that after eight years of working for the company, he’d be leaving shortly to pursue his career at another unnamed gaming company.
In a series of Tweets, Irving describes his relationship with Bioware and his gratitude towards fans of the game. “After 8 amazing years at BioWare I have made the decision to move on and have accepted an exciting opportunity at another gaming company. Since the first time I played Baldurs Gate many many years ago, BioWare was the dream place I always wanted to work.”
He continues to talk about about how grateful he is to have worked on the projects he has, before mentioning that be believes Anthem will have “a bright future”, and how he is looking forward to seeing the future of the project.
No new lead producer has been put on the project as of yet. Anthem is currently available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
