Lil Gator Game Returns with In the Dark DLC Release

MegaWobble's incredibly successful Lil Gator Game launched back in the 14th of December 2022, giving players the opportunity to take on a light-hearted experience. Fighting cardboard boxes, collecting toys, and exploring the world struck a chord with the Steam community.

For the longest time, the game featured a perfect score on Steam, and even to this day, it bolsters the prestigious Overwhelmingly Positive rating with 4,236 reviews on the site and 98% of them being positive. It's a pretty big deal, and even our very own Violet Plata gave the game a 10/10, stating that it was one of the cutest, most creative platformers she'd ever played.

It's been a few years since audiences anticipated the upcoming DLC, as Lil Gator Game: In the Dark promised a big expansion. This time, our imaginative protagonist heads to the underground, finding new animals to befriend, new cardboard foes to defeat, and plenty of new toys ot uncover.

Lil Gator Game: In the Dark doubles the content available in the previous, as players head to the underground mines to complete all-new challenges. It's a big expansion, offering the same light-hearted adventures that made many players around the world fall in love with the experience.

Lil Gator Game: In the Dark released on the 12th of February 2026, and it still carries a perfect score on Steam, with 100 reviews currently.
