Livestream Announced to Celebrate Dead by Daylight's Fourth Anniversary

Behaviour Interactive's asymmetrical, four-versus-one horror title, Dead by Daylight, is celebrating its fourth anniversary this month. In honour of four years full of slashing, sneaking, chasing and killing, the studio is hosting a stream for fans of the game on YouTube and Twitch. Tune in on 26th May at 2pm EST / 7pm BST.

In addition to a series of panelists presenting live from the comfort of their homes, the stream will conclude with a reveal of the game's next content update, Chapter 16. While every chapter brings a new map, killer and survivor, this one promises a more exciting twist than many. A classic horror license that's been with the genre "since its inception" will be revealed during the stream to join the game as part of Chapter 16.

For a series that already boasts the likes of Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, Leatherface and Ghostface, it'll be interesting to see what Behaviour Interactive can pull out of the hat next. Considering how Jason Voorhees, killer of the Friday the 13th franchise, already has his own asymmetrical horror game, he's unlikely to make an appearance. Perhaps a killer from the classic Universal Studios era of horror: Dracula, The Mummy or—god forbid—The Invisible Man.

Speculation will only get us so far. We'll have to wait for 26th May for the livestream and Chapter 16 reveal. Mark the date!
