Marvel's Avengers TV Spot Shows Everyone's Favourite Heroes in Action

It's almost here. Crystal Dynamic's long-awaited live service co-op action title, Marvel's Avengers, is due to release on the 4th September for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Unsurprisingly, given the cinematic appeal of the Marvel license, publisher Square Enix has produced a cinematic TV spot to drum up anticipation for the title. Check it out above.

Interestingly, considering the controversy surrounding Spider-Man's exclusivity to PlayStation platforms, the advert clearly shows players using Dualshock 4 controllers. While this isn't a console exclusive, it's fairly safe to assume that Sony has an extra finger or two in this pie that the other platforms do not. Here's hoping this isn't the start of a trend for Marvel's Avengers being given preferential treatment on PlayStation in terms of more exclusive content. After all, Spider-Man's exclusion from Xbox and PC is bad enough.
