Monster Hunter: World TGS Trailer And Release Date Announced

Gear up hunters, as Monster Hunter World has been given a stunning new trailer as part of the Tokyo Game Show and what's more, a release date as well. 

The trailer gives us a look at some of the wild and wonderful creatures that will be featured in the game along with a number of locations. From the lizard-like Pukei-Pukei with its extending tongue to the terrifying monster Nergigante, there is plenty to get excited about. With a huge world to explore, quests to complete and monsters to hunt Monster Hunter: World will keep players busy for a long time. Not only that but we now know the release date which is set for the 26th January, 2018.

As an extra the pre-order bonuses were also revealed. Pre-ordering Monster Hunter: World either digitally or at your local retailer will give you access to the Origin Set Armor and the Fair Wind Charm talisman. Those who go for any of the digital versions of the title will also get a custom PS4 theme. The digital deluxe edition of the game includes in-game items such as a Samurai Set skin, three gestures, two sticker sets and more including 14 weapon-themed PSN avatars. 

But wait, there is more. A physical collector's edition was also announced including a physical copy of the game, codes for the Deluxe Kit, an art book, high-quality flagship monster status and a soundtrack all bundled into a custom collector's box.

Monster Hunter: World will release globally on 26th January, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with a PC release to follow at a later date.
