New Baldur's Gate Incoming?

Visit the official Baldur's Gate website and you will be greeted with a mysterious timer. An overcast sky dominates the background, while a blurred out sphere hangs prominently above the timer.

Is this a new game? At this point it will be a disappointment if it isn't. Whatever it may be, we'll find out when the timer reaches its conclusion in 12 days time.
