New Footage and Trailer for Star Fox Zero

In their Nintendo Direct session, the big N showed off some more footage of Star Fox: Zero, describing and demonstrating some of the new ships and controls that players can expect from the game, including Fox's new transformable ship. Reaction to the title from its E3 trailer was mixed at best, but this new footage gives a much better idea and might win over some fans.

The game has previously been announced as delayed, and the new release date was confirmed alongside the footage:  22nd April, 2016. Speculation had been rife that the game was set to be canned or ported to Nintendo's next console, the NX, however the gamepad controls shown in the above video suggest that this will be firmly rooted to the WiiU next spring.
