New Old Star Wars Game Coming to PS4 and Vita

With the incoming launch of Star Wars: Battlefront, a lot of people have been lamenting the lack of a good story-based Star Wars game to be released alongside the seventh film. This is no longer a problem thanks to Sony.

The SNES classic  Super Star Wars is being released on the PSN store on the 17th November. It's a cross buy title so whether you buy it on PS4 or PS Vita, you'll be able to play on either.

If you're not familiar with the game, it puts you in the driving seat as Han, Luke and Chewbacca in a run-and-gun scrolling shooter much in the vein of the Metal Slug or Contra games. The title is based loosely on the events of A New Hope. It was a huge success back in 1992, spawning two sequels based on the the film sequels of the time.
