NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… Will Release With Bonus Content

A straight-up remaster it ain't. NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139..., the modernised re-release of the previously Japanese-only NieR Replicant, will come with a collection of additional content not seen in the base version of the original. Square Enix made the announcement through a showcase trailer (shown above), but you can find the details of the additional content here.

• Extra Episode: "Mermaid" - A new episode centring around a ruined ship and a small child. The content will feature a new scenario and an "exhilarating" boss battle.
• Additional Dungeons from "15 Nightmares" - Originally released as DLC for NieR Replicant, this content will see players fighting through a series of challenging dungeons, earning new weapons and costumes along the way.
• NieR: Automata Soundtrack - The superb soundtrack from NieR: Automata will be available in the game.
• 2B and 9S Voice Actors Return - Both the Japanese and English voice actors for NieR: Automata's protagonists will feature in the game.

 NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… releases on the 23rd April for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
