No Players Online Returns to Steam After Unexpected DMCA Takedown

No Player Online is a now-commercial remake of a free 2019 game where players explore an abandoned and haunted multiplayer server. Unfortunately, the game was taken down due to a DMCA claim during the title's recent launch, which has affected the momentum and impacted the developer financially.

Adam Pype, a member of the Beeswax team and Black Lantern Collective, had the following to say about the situation,

We spent two and a half years of our lives and a ton of money making this game… It’s crazy to me that someone can just take down our game by filling out a simple form. Any visibility on our game at this point would be crucial, so if you want to support a little indie studio please leave a review on Steam and share the game to the internet.

Of course, that's just an excerpt of the full statement he had to say about the situation.

The claim, which alleged co-authorship, was unfounded in the end, and the situation has been resolved. No Players Online is officially back on Steam and fully launched!

Check out the trailer for a closer look; if you like what you see and buy No Players Online, please don't forget to leave a review. These are more pivotal than players can fathom.
