Outbound Announced Upcoming Release Alongside Shadow-dropping a Demo; Watch the Sneak Peek!

Developed and published by Square Glade Games, Outbound is an upcoming cosy base-building game where players set off on their home on wheels. Their beloved vehicle will work as a home, a workstation, and even their very own farm!

Players can explore an open world set in a utopian near future, and while they begin with an empty camper van, they can slowly turn it into their dream home. While they collect resources and explore at their own pace, the game will open up with new tech and more things to build!

Among the many customisation features, like paint and furniture, players can also look forward to growing their very own gardens. These offer a variety of plants and mushrooms, which can be used to cook healthy meals or even feed the wildlife!

Speaking of giving food to precious creatures, the Paws & Whiskers Lodge offers a place to adopt a new pet. The cutie can be fed, trained, and pet!

If you'd like to try out the game, there's a demo available on Steam at the time of writing, and the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 also have demos after a shadow drop during the Indie World Showcase.
