Pawsome Resort Reveals Early Access Roadmap

Developed by Pixel Puffs and published by GameDev.ist, Pawsome Resort is a cosy life simulator where players will run an animal hotel! They get to design the resort, care for animals, grow crops, and also bond with villagers.

Recently, the team unveiled the Early Access roadmap, showing players what they can expect from the title moving forward. Let's talk about the future of Pawsome Resort!

The roadmap begins in July (which, at the time of writing, is this month). Here's what players can expect to arrive:

• New inventory system (this has been done now).
• A new onboarding system.
• Steam Deck support.
• Character customisation options.

After that, we jump to Q4 2026, which will offer the following:

• Home expansion.
• New NPCs.
• New customers.
• New animal interactions.
• New decoration items.

Then, in Q1 2027, we have:

• Resort area expansion.
• New animals and their habitats: capybaras, otters, and more.
• New quests.
• New mini-games.
• Combat mechanics.
• Improvement to dialogue.
• More dialogue.

Lastly, they've added a TBA section, which offers the following:

• Co-op.
• Marine life.
• Dinosaurs (maybe).
• Fantastic creatures.
• New island.
• Pebble Town expansion.
