Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire - Ultimate Edition Announced for Consoles

Originally released on PC and Mac, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 early next year, with all of the updates and expansions of the PC release. Check out the announcement trailer for Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire - Ultimate Edition above.

Developed by Obsidian Entertainment, the Pillars of Eternity series draws upon the rich history of tabletop RPGs to create a deep, open world experience with a vast array of characters, quests and locations to meet and experience. If the expansive main campaign isn't enough, the Ultimate Edition also comes with the Beast of Winter; Seeker, Slayer, Survivor; and Forgotten Sanctum content packs.

The game is available to pre-order now digitally on the Microsoft Store and PlayStation Store. Upon release, retail stores will also stock a physical version (£49.99) and an Ultimate Collector's Edition (£119.99) which includes the game and these exclusive items:

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire - Ultimate Edition will release 28th January 2020 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. A Nintendo Switch version of the game will release at some point in the future (release date TBA).
