Prey Release Date Announced

Bethesda has confirmed that sci-fi shooter Prey (2017) will be released worldwide on 5th May on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

The title, which was revealed as part of Bethesda's E3 press conference last year, is thought to be the relaunch of the series following the announcement of Prey 2 back in 2011, a title that never surfaced.

The news comes as part of a new trailer which you can see above. In it we get a better look at protagonist Morgan Yu as he faces against numerous alien foes of various shapes and sizes.

Along with the announcement of a release date, Bethesda has also disclosed that pre-orderers will earn the Cosmonaut Shotgun Pack. Included in the pre-order bonus is a Margrave shotgun, a Yu family heirloom as well as tools including: three Neuromods, two Medkits, a Fabrication plan and a unique upgrade.
