Psychonauts Update Brings Xbox Controller Buttons & Fixes

A few days ago, roughly when the Psychonauts and Double Fine head Tim Schafer did an AMA on reddit about the sequel (which we summed up here), the original received a minor update.

Though it weighed in at only a few megabytes, it did bring in some fixes to certain levels and crash bugs.

It also brought in Xbox controller buttons, for when using a controller! This was something many fans have wanted, and was brought up in last August's So I Tried... Psychonauts.

So if you're looking to redownload (or install for the first time!) it will come with the update already. If you had it installed already, you should have received the update.
