Railroad Corporation Pulls Out of Early Access

19th century American railway simulator, Railroad Corporation is departing Steam Early Access 18th November and heading towards a full release.

Players can expect to grow their railway empire across North America during the Golden Age of Steam: bringing settlements together, establishing trade routes and beating competing companies. Strategic thinking will be crucial to success, by picking the best contracts, using resources optimally and influencing politicians to best serve the railway’s interests, players will dominate the railway industry and reign supreme.

When Railroad Corporation launched on 27th May, it was —by Corbie Games’ own admission— a barebones experience with just one chapter. In the six months since then, the game has expanded to include a Sandbox Mode, Challenge Mode and fully-featured Multiplayer Mode. The full release will also contain a second chapter and new gameplay mechanics, including a stock market feature.

Check out the full-length stream above, in which publishers, Iceberg Interactive, answer the community's questions.

Railroad Corporation is available in Early Access for £23.79 until its full release on 18th November. After that date, the price will increase to reflect its status as a fully released title.
