Rust's July Update Brings Modular Vehicles and More
The next free content update for Facepunch's open world multiplayer survival/base-building title, Rust, is out now. In addition to modular vehicles, a feature in-development for a long time, the update improves vehicle handling and introduces a myriad of bug fixes. Check out the trailer above.
Spawning near roads, modular vehicles will be encountered heavily damaged with a random selection of modules and no fuel. To get them up and running, players will need to source both fuel and engine parts of any quality. Once fixed, a vehicle lift can be called in, taking the vehicle to the Compound and allowing players to customise them with additional seating, storage, water tanks and more.
