ShapeHero Factory Receives New Free Major Content Update

Asobism.Co.,Ltd released ShapeHero Factory on the 17th of September 2025, an automation engineering title where players will need to create heroes. Using geometrical shapes and recipes, players will be tasked with creating new heroes to send into battle, to their own glory or death.

The team is proud to announce a free major content update arriving to ShapeHero Factory, bringing with it a slew of changes and further improvements to the title. This now marks the third free update that the title has received, offering further gameplay with each new addition.

Here's what you need to know about ShapeHero Factory's third major content update:

• A new game mode named Minions' Dan Dojo. Instead of creating heroes to send into battle and defending the portal, players will instead be tasked with completing achievements with limited resources by optimising the factory.
• A new playable hero named Dullahan, who can summon four clones of itself and apply burn to enemies it attacks.
• The long-requested feature called Box Selecting, where players will be able to select a 12x12 area to move, delete, or copy the contents within.
• Four new lobby themes purchasable for 100 Arcane Knowledge Points each.

ShapeHero Factory is available now on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5. You can pick it up for £20.16, though due to the new major content update, players can pick it up at a 25% discount for £15.12 until the 11th of February 2026.
