Spinch looks like a bunch of My Little Pony characters went rogue and created the most trippy game they could possibly think of. 

From Queen Bee Games, Spinch is a truly psychedelically-coloured, side-scrolling platformer where you play as the namesake of the game, Spinch on a mission to rescue their babies, before the babies are eaten(?!) by various enemies.

You'll need to master your timing over and over to complete levels and progress, in a rewarding-once-you-complete-it experience.
