Star Trek Online Celebrates 16 Years with Corruption

With Star Trek Online celebrating its 16th anniversary, the next big update Unveiled is coming to PC next month and consoles in March.

The new episode, Corruption, will bring back a fan favourite character first seen in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and last seen in Star Trek: Picard. It's Ezri Dax, played by Nicole de Boer!

Old allies reunite, as Captain Ezri Dax urgently summons you to the MIDAS Array. Join her in quelling a Chimeran incursion that threatens both the integrity of the corrupted comms array, and the stability of the galaxy. Battle through waves of psionic beacons that call on enemy reinforcements in space, and push through a dangerously infested environment. Peril lurks in every dimly lit corner of the array -- so watch your step, and don't look back. The fate of the Multiversal War depends on your courage.

As well as the new episode, Curse of Phrygia, there will be a new Ground TFO Belly of the Beast, both of which will get you daily progress towards the grand prize — whatever that might be. We'll let you know as soon as it's fully announced!
