Developer Green Tile Digital has reimagned what horror fiction can be in this modern age. With its latest title, Strobophagia | Rave Horror, the team has exchanged murky darkness for retina-burning neon lights, swapped eerie silences for blaring EDM. This is a new brand of horror, one that plays on the fear of rave culture... and the occult too, but that's less new.

Set in a strange, otherworldly EDM festival gone awry. Players must use their smartphone to solve puzzles, connect with other festivalgoers and navigate the psychadelic dreamscape (or is that nightmare-scape?) before the occult forces at the heart of the festival claim their souls forever. It may have started out fun, but the organisers of the "Headless Rave Festival" demand more than cash in the way of an admission fee...
