As the title implies, the main difference between the iPad version and the highly successful PC version is the control scheme, rather than using a mouse Surgeon Simulator Touch will allow players to manipulate multiple scalpels with their fingers using the touch screen.

The iPad version will also feature extra oral and eye operations, as well as stages that take place on a moving hospital bed.
