Surveillance Game Sequel Orwell: Ignorance is Strength Release Dated
It's time to return to The Nation, and use people's information against them, in Orwell: Ignorance is Strength. The original received a Game of the Year nod in 2016, and this one seems set on improving what was already there, if the trailer above is any indication.
Players will join the team in The Office, the secret department inside the Orwell security programme. Reporting directly to Ampleford, players must uncover the truth behind the escalating political tension between The Nation and Parges.
Orwell was full of choices to make, and Ignorance is Strength will have those too. A new “time of day” system puts the player in time-sensitive situations - investigate the wrong person, and miss out on vital information.
Episodes of Orwell: Ignorance is Strength will be releasing on PC as follows:
- Episode One: Thesis - 22nd February
- Episode Two: Antithesis – 8th March
- Episode Three: Synthesis – 22nd March
