Take Control of a Crew Exploring a Derelict Spaceship in Recently Announced REMOTE CONTROL
Canteen and Weekend Games have announced a new typing-based horror project. REMOTE CONTROL has players taking on the role of a Remote Proxy Handler, a person who must manage 12 humans exploring a derelict spaceship.
Players' mission is to board The Pelican, a ship that sent one final message before it went quiet: "It worked". Now, using commands, players will need to figure out what happened and discover the remnants of what remains, uncovering the mystery of the ship.
It has retro-inspired aesthetics, as players will move around the ship by issuing commands to the crew, selecting one human proxy at any given moment. Using a limited list of phrases, manoeuvering the ship will require careful management, lest you lead people into their inevitable demise.

Each of the 12 proxies will have their own personalities, likes, and dislikes that will make them better or worse at some of the tasks they'll have to complete. Careful management will be paramount to ensure that the whole crew makes it out alive... or perish attempting to find the truth behind The Pelican.
If you're interested in REMOTE CONTROL, then don't miss out on the trailer above! This unique take on sci-fi horror is set to launch sometime in 2026.
