The Cats Out of the Bag in the Gori: Cuddly Carnage Meow Release Date Trailer

When you hear a game features an anthropomorphic cat doing tricks on a sentient skateboard and is accompanied by a sad AI, your imagination may take you to the age of mascot platformers, where the characters were "cool" and the slogans were "cooler"! However, Gori: Cuddly Carnage is very much a different kind of game, featuring hectic combat, nightmarish monsters and, naturally, the apocalypse! And better yet, this long-awaited title finally has a release date!

Take control of the titular Gori as he tries to save the Earth from the malicious Adorable Army, a horde of insane, nightmarish unicorns. With the help of the friendly hoverboard F.R.A.N.K and CH1P the A.I., battle through the remnants of civilisation as you cut, slash, spin, and bomb your way through the cuddly hordes!

Gori: Cuddly Carnage will be riding walls on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on 29th August 2024. Check out my preview here if you want more information!
