The Far Edge of Fate - Showcased In New Final Fantasy XIV Trailer

Square Enix have revealed the official trailer for the latest update for Final Fantasy XIV - the patch, titled The Far Edge of Fate is releasing this month.

Players will be able to scale Baelsar’s Wall, return to the dungeon Sohm Al and receive the next chapter in the Shadows of Mhach storyline. They will also get the next set of exploratory missions.

Patch 3.5 will also see improvements made to the Party Finder, which means players from other worlds on the same data center can view, recruit and join parties. PvP is also going to receive updates to both Frontline and Duel modes, as well as a new map coming to The Feast.

As if that wasn't enough, on 18th and 19th February, the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival Europe will take place in Frankfurt, Germany.
