THQ Nordic Acquires Bugbear Entertainment

THQ Nordic have announced that they have acquired Finnish game developers Bugbear Entertainment and all intellectual property rights. Bugbear Entertainment are best known for action-racing games, specifically the FlatOut series and their latest IP WreckFest. THQ Nordic stepped in as publisher for Wreckfest, and it became the best performing game published by THQ Nordic on Steam since its launch. Following this acquisition, we can expect to see a lot more action based racing titles to be announced in the not-so-soon future.
