With both Cybertronian and Earth Transformers shown, it gets into the heart of the action.

With no sign of Mark Wahlberg, it is anybody's guess as to how closely this will tie into the movie. But as there is a glimpse of Cybertronian Optimus Prime on a wrecked space-bound vessel, it seems clear it will follow directly from the end of Fall of Cybertron, where the Ark was pulled into a spacebridge portal with Optimus and Megatron fighting on the hull.
