Transformers Rise of the Dark Spark Release Date

Apparently taking place both before the Ark left in the Aligned continuity (cartoons, comics and videogames) and on current-day Earth in the Cinematic continuity (Michael Bay movies), Rise of the Dark Spark hopes to join the two disparate mythologies together. This is a feat even Simon Furman (Transformers comic book writer since 1989) would probably turn down, but Edge of Reality is attempting it.

Coming to PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, Wii U and 3DS on June 24th.

The Transformers Game Facebook page has been posting regular tease updates. A recent one revealed a character players can choose to use in the Escalation multiplayer mode - a character who hasn't appeared in an English language videogame since the Commodore 64. G1 Optimus Prime.
