Trash Goblin's Update 1.5 was Revealed!
Spilt Milk Studios Ltd, the developer and publisher for Trash Goblin, alongside Gamersky Games, has been busy! The team has been unveiling surprise after surprise, with the latest one being their upcoming 1.5 update.
Among the features that they envisioned for the game when they came up with it was creative freedom, and it seems that after a bit of tinkering (hah, get it?), they've managed to add it.
When 1.5 releases, players will get a new tool called Hugh, which will help players remove and add materials and colours to trinkets. Basically, it can be used to remove colour and material from trinkets and store them to use them on another one; this allows players to customise the colours and looks of their creations! There are 30 materials total to collect.

This will become part of the customers, too, as they will appear and ask for recoloured trinkets. However, this only applies to unnamed NPCs, as adding it to quests would mean a lot of rewriting and translating!
If you've already got a game going for hours, don't worry: Hugh will be delivered at the next best moment, whether you're a new save or hours in.
If you want to know all the details about what went on behind the scenes with Hugh's addition, we highly recommend checking out the Steam post!

Update 1.5 is set to release on the 7th of May! Trash Goblin is available now on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. Haven't bought it? There's a demo available on Steam!
