Treeplanter: Plant real trees is Headed to Release! Watch the Demo Trailer
Developed by Henry Driver and published by Future Friends Games, Treeplanter: Plant real trees is an upcoming interactive title that plants real trees and wildflowers for every copy sold.
As players build their in-game world, they'll see an ecosystem come to life, with various animals, plants, and trees. The title aims to combine education, meditation, and games to help teach about the natural world, both above and below ground.
As the months pass in real life, so too do they in-game, offering changes with every season that comes and goes. Treeplanter: Plant real is a no-stress title that offers no goals or challenges — it's a nature diorama-builder for players who want to learn about Earth and help heal it while they do.
Every copy that sells will be used to plant new life around the world or help community orchards. Thisis done via partnerships with farms, communities, schools, and woodland charities!
During development last year, the team was able to plant 900 trees on farms and schools in Suffolk and is on track to plant 8,000 trees and millions of wildflowers in 2026. Thiswas spearheaded by Henry, who is a sixth-generation farmer and digital artist who wants to leave the world in a better state than he found it.
If you'd like to try it out, there's a demo available now! Check out the trailer for a closer look. Treeplanter: Plant realwill launch on the 17th of April on Steam!
