Trine 4: Melody of Mystery DLC Announced

Amadeus, Pontius, and Zoya—the Trine trio—return for another platforming adventure in Melody of Mystery, a bonus six-level DLC campaign for Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince. Check out the trailer above for the DLC, set for release on PC this month; PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Switch players will have to wait until spring 2021 to get their hands on the title, however. 

Upon returning to the Astral Academy, the protagonist trio discover that its students have all fallen victim to an "enchanted slumber" at the hands of an inadvertently freed spirit. Across platforming obstacles, puzzles and foes, the three heroes must pursue the spirit and restore the students to the conscious world.

There are new abilities to learn, puzzle elements to master and musical tracks to enjoy. Of course, that's not mentioning the new levels and story accompanying the Melody of Mystery DLC.

The Melody of Mystery DLC releases for Trine 4: The Nightmare Price this month on PC. PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Switch versions of the DLC will release in spring 2021.
