Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 Editions

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 has only just been announced, so you might be wondering what we’re writing about this game for. Well it turns out that the release date isn’t set, but Paradox Interactive has already announced three separate editions of the game! But which edition comes with what?

We’ll go from cheapest to the most expensive, as there’s quite a bit to unpack here.

Standard Pre-Order Edition

This is what you’ll get if you pre-order for £50.99: First Blood Pre-Order Pack. The First Blood pack comes with the official soundtrack, the Civil War Saber weapon skin, and the Engraved Pistol weapon skin. And the game, of course.

FirstBlood Packages Steam

Unsanctioned Edition

For £54.99 you will get: One day of early access, First Blood Pre-Order Pack, Unsanctioned Blood Pack. So, as well as all of the stuff in the first version, the Unsanctioned Blood Pack also comes with; an In-Game Art Book, Developer Commentary, Smiling Jack Outfit, Jeanette Outfit, Severed Arm weapon skin, Sarcophagus Table, Damsel’s Beret, Voerman Family Portrait, Stop Sign.

Blood Moon Edition

Weighing in at £69.99, this gives: One day of early access, First Blood Pre-Order Pack, the Unsanctioned Blood Pack and the Season of the Wolf Season Pass. So, as well as everything above, you’ll also get; Bludgeon weapon skin, Story Pack 1, Story Pack 2, Expansion. The packs will take you deeper into the underbelly of Seattle, and the expansion sees the vampires’ “greatest enemy” enter the city.

So there you have it, the three announced editions and their prices. Whether or not there will be any more editions or physical-only collector’s editions announced, we of course can’t predict, as the game is due out in a year. So, keep an eye out, as we may update this if it happens.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is coming to CXbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on Steam, GOG, Epic and the Paradox Store.

Having never played the first one, but knowing it's legacy, I'm keen to learn more about this.
