Watch Planet of Lana II's Release Date Trailer!

Developed by Wishfully and published by Thunderful Publishing, Planet of Lana II follows Lana and Mui back to their home planet, where greed and power are dividing the tribes. Now the duo must stand together in hopes of not just survival but for the sake of their home!

This new entry is nearly double in size from the original, and it takes players to the never-before-seen planet of Novo, which offers varied zones to explore. This includes snowy mountains, ancient forests, and even graveyards!

The sequel aims to deliver even more of what was beloved of the original, such as deeper exploration, more creatures, a more expansive story, and challenging puzzles. Game Director Adam Stjärnljus had the following to say about it,

We are excited to reveal that Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf is coming to PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Switch on March 5th. We learnt so much from the development of the first Planet of Lana and used that to improve on every aspect of the game in Planet of LanaII. The first game was received amazingly well by players and critics, so we can’t wait to see how people react to the improved sequel when they play the demo on February 11th and the full game on March 5th.

Now that the game is headed to release, the release trailer gives players a sneak peek of the upcoming diversity of the biomes alongside the soundtrack by BAFTA-nominated composer, Takeshi Furukawa. Players can also get a glimpse of the gameplay itself, watching Lana and Mui work together using their abilities to solve various puzzles!
