At the start of each week, we check out all of the top paid games on Steam. For this series, we remove titles that have microtransactions, as this offers us a better look at new player acquisition.

It's worth noting that we have a stance against content generated with AI. While this is true, we want to keep this list transparent to the actual top sellers, so it better reflects the average gamer response to these titles. Still, we're adding an extra bullet-point item to inform readers who won't want to check out the games with AI Generated Content Disclosures.
