WildStar and Carbine Studios Shutdown

In late September, Carbine Studios announced the permanent shut down of their beloved MMOWildStar, scheduled for November 28th 2018. Initially released in June 2014, the game amassed a small but very avid fan base. In the two months before it’s shut down, Carbine flooded the game with events, such as double XP/item drops, which ultimately ended with the developers joining the players themselves to celebrate the game’s final hours before the servers were shut down for good.
