Wildstar Going F2P?

Wildstar Going F2P?

Retailers in Australia have been instructed to return all stock related to WildStar, a move which was seen shortly before The Elder Scrolls Online announced it was going buy-to-play. The stock removal was only a short time before certain subscription types were removed from sale from the official site.

It could be for many reasons, but past experience hints at it being because of a move to F2P, or like ESO a move to B2P.

Back in October when the Megaservers were announced, people began to speculate that this might be the end of the subscription model.

Would no-subscriptions tempt you to play?
