PowerWash Simulator 2 - Adventure Time Pack Review

PowerWash Simulator 2 - Adventure Time Pack Review

The first DLC for PowerWash Simulator 2 has arrived, called the PowerWash Simulator 2 - Adventure Time Pack, and it is (obviously) based on the cartoon Adventure Time. This DLC includes five new levels, such as the Ice Kings Castle and Pizza Sassy’s, has 10 new achievements, and an Adventure Time–themed outfit and cosmetics.

The Adventure Time Pack has a colourful gameplay experience, which is highly satisfying to clean. This new DLC offers a lot of details from the Land of Ooo for people to enjoy, such as rainbows, clouds, and mountains in the background. Players will also find that the scissorlift looks like Jake the Dog, one of the main characters from the television programme.

The levels are quite fun to complete despite the amount of time taken to finish them. One of the locations you get to clean, the Adventure Time Treehouse, is very big and time-consuming, making you clean the majority of the outside of the house. The player has to visit Pizza Sassy’s location twice, once to clean Pizza Sassy’s and the houses around it, and another time to clean some vehicles nearby.

Something I did not like about this DLC in particular is that it was difficult to detect the spots missed when going back through and wondering which object you skipped out on. It was a bit more frustrating on the brightly coloured objects than in the main game.

As well as locations and Jake from the cartoon, there are some sound effects that fans will recognise, such as Gunter making a noise when you spray him. Like with PowerWash Simulator – SpongeBob SquarePants Special Pack, this is definitely something that fans will appreciate more than those who have never watched an episode of Adventure Time.

PowerWash Simulator 2 - Adventure Time Pack (Reviewed on Windows)

This game is good, with a few negatives.

Overall, this DLC provides a relaxing and confusing experience for all players.
