“Alien Maggots Are Gonna Pay” Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour Achievement Guide
The “Alien Maggots Are Gonna Pay” achievement seems daunting at face value, requiring the player to complete Hollywood Holocaust within three minutes. However, for all you achievement hunters out there, I come bearing gifts in the form of a quick and easy guide, the likes of which even a true novice can pull off (with a little patience, of course).
Begin the level as normal: shoot the fan and drop down onto the street.
From there, hop atop the large wooden crate directly in front of you, killing (or sparing) the jet pack alien there. From the box, jump up and onto the sloped wall, and then go into the building via one of these two windows.

Inside, there is only one very short path, which bends around to the right, so follow it and kill the second jet pack enemy. Interact with the “Attack Of The Bleached Blonde Biker Bimbos” poster on the wall, obtaining the Steroids hiding behind it; we'll need these to give Duke a souped-up leap.

Now, before attempting what comes next (which can prove itself a tad finicky), drop a save. This will, quite literally, save you time on inevitable incoming retries.
Equip and use the Steroids, sprint through this open window, and jump across the street to land upon a ledge on the exterior of the theatre building. Trust me, it sounds easier than it actually is, so that is why we killed the enemy and made a save — you can now safely repeat this jump attempt as many times as required. If you do miss the jump, then reload because we'll need the remaining Steroid juice to make a second a moment later.

Note that Steroids, once activated, cannot be unequipped, and Duke will greedily guzzle the bottle dry. As such, this whole trick has to be accomplished in one smooth, uninterrupted try.
When you are standing on the theatre building, make another save. Then, (with Steroids still active) follow the building around in the only direction available and hop up onto the bridge housing the level's exit door. Both the bridge and door shall become immediately visible upon rounding the corner. And again, if you fall off, reload.

Once you're up there, smash the glass and escape. Congratulations! You've finished Hollywood Holocaust in under a minute!
If you're feeling a little spicy today, you could also pair this with the “Damn, I'm Good” achievement, which tasks the player with finishing any level on the advanced difficulty rating of the same name. Just be aware of the increased enemy count along the path, which now includes multiple Pig Cops (as seen in my image above).
I hope this helped! Good luck on your future achievement-hunting endeavours, fellow gamers.
